Summary
Dokan Khata does not collect, upload or share any of your data. Everything you enter — your customers, their phone numbers and your credit entries — is stored only on your own phone. The app has no account, no sign-in, no advertising and no analytics, and it does not request internet access.
What the app stores
- Customer names, optional mobile numbers and optional addresses that you type in.
- Credit and payment entries (amount, note and date) that you record.
- Your settings: shop name, shop mobile number, language and currency symbol.
This information is kept in the app's private storage on your device. We (NextBuis) never receive it.
When data leaves your phone
Only when you choose to send it:
- Reminders: tapping WhatsApp or SMS opens that app with a pre-written message for you to send.
- Statements: sharing a statement image or PDF hands it to the app you pick (WhatsApp, email, etc.).
- Backups: a backup file is handed to the destination you pick (Google Drive, email, etc.).
Those apps and services handle the data under their own privacy policies.
Permissions
Dokan Khata requests no special permissions. It does not access your contacts, location, camera, microphone or files, except a file you pick yourself when restoring a backup.
Deleting your data
You can delete any entry or customer inside the app. Uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage in Android settings, permanently removes all of its data from your phone. Because we hold no copy, there is nothing for us to delete on our side.
Children
The app is a business tool for shop owners and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes and contact
